The care crisis continues but…
We are actively recruiting qualified and experienced carers and are having success with starting some new live-in carers who are highly skilled. We are therefore in a position to look after a few more clients who require our bespoke live-in service.
We like to provide carers who not only have the skills to look after most requirements but also the compassion and understanding of our clients. As time goes by, good relationships develop between clients and carers and the family can be rest assured that their loved one is being looked after in a trustworthy way according to their wishes.
Care in your own home
As we enter our 54th year in the care industry, there is no doubt in my mind, that being able to remain living in your own home for as long as possible is definitely the best way to be. Your surroundings remain familiar, you can maintain your day-to-day routine and now restrictions are easing you can have family and friends visiting on a more regular basis.
Carers can now feel confident to take their clients out on day trips, shopping or just out for coffee. In that respect some things are now returning to normal, however, we must not become complacent about taking sensible precautions when necessary. Our carers pride themselves on being there to help and support you to live the way that you like.
Carer Recruitment
Meanwhile, we still want to encourage all the excellent carers who are not sure whether they want to return to the industry, to contact us to discuss the options available to them. There is no better time to be a self employed carer.
