“I just wanted to send a quick email to say a huge thank you to you, Kath and Belinda for the way that you are looking after my Dad. He is unrecognisable from when you started caring for him, and I didn’t actually believe that he could ever make this much progress. It’s hugely comforting to know that he is being looked after as I am so far away, and I count myself very lucky that you did everything you did to help us out when we needed it so badly at the start of the year.
