It has never been a better time to be a private, self-employed carer

Carers are some of the most invaluable people in society. You have to cope with very difficult, demanding and emotional situations caring for the ever-increasing elderly population. Nobody could have anticipated the effect and consequences of Covid but now a new crisis as carers are leaving the profession.

We completely understand why and empathise with you. We implore you to return to the profession after Christmas. We are using our best endeavours to offer the best possible wage and schedule so that you are not as overwhelmed as you have been during this pandemic. The more of you who return the easy it will be for everyone.

You can work the hours you want, when you want and give yourself a better work/life balance which as we all know is greatly needed. Caring will always be a hard vocation but I know that there are so many dedicated and experienced carers out there that still want to make a difference and it would be a shame to waste your wonderful skills and knowledge.
