Is it time for a change?

Due to COVID, many of our longstanding Carers have decided to retire. We are looking for a new team of experienced and qualified live-in carers to take up the mantle and join our next generation of wonderful self-employed carers.

They have all been amazing over the years and especially over the last 12 months, but some are ready to hang up their PPE!

It occurred to me that there must be many superb carers out there, who have been working full time over this very stressful year and might now like to work on a self-employed and part-time basis. We are all longing to be able to catch up on the time we have lost with our family, friends and have holidays again.

The benefits of being self-employed

Our Live-In Rotas are usually 7 – 14 days, depending on the level of care required and depending on your availability.

Each carer can have up to 3 clients, rotating on a regular basis, ensuring that trust and a good relationship develops between Client and Carer. Some like to work week on week off, others may wish to work 3 out of 4 weeks a month.

We are completely flexible and like to fit in with your lifestyle.

The rotas are planned 4 – 6 weeks in advance giving plenty of time to plan and enjoy a personal life again.

WAGES

Live-in Carers: £680 – £740 per week

Night Carers: £100 – £140 per night

+ 45 pence per mile travel allowance.
