- A recent enhanced CRB (Police Check), less than two years old is an advantage
- Declaration of health
- Copy of Passport or Visa
- Copy of Driving Licence (please copy both parts)
- 1 passport size colour photograph
- Copy of a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your current address
- National Insurance Number
