How does the 'Rosy Rota' really work?

The
Agency will take full details of the care required, after which a commencement
date can be agreed. |

The
Carers are then carefully selected and fully briefed on your specific
requirements. Details will only be divulged to Carers and members of the
Agency as required. Personal files are kept safely and confidentially
stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act. |

Carers
are booked 6 – 8 weeks in advance. A personal diary of all the bookings
is sent at the end of each month to you and your representative. |

Carers
are booked 7 days at a time (although occasionally this may alter). |
| • |
Each
Carer will handover to the next Carer thoroughly, ensuring up to date
information has been properly communicated. There is no need for anyone
to be there to supervise. |

We
work tirelessly to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible. |

We
will regularly consult with you and the Carers to review the level of care
required and to monitor the quality of care received. We continually keep
up to date with any changes in circumstances and reassess needs accordingly. |

After
an initial period we like to make a personal visit to ensure you are happy
with your ‘Rosy Rotas’. |
