Staff are thoroughly vetted by the agency, references verbally checked and where possible, face to face interviews are conducted. All residential staff must have, or be prepared to have a recent Police Check (CRB).

Our household couples for hire have a wide range of skills and are able to act as domestic housekeepers, cooks and gardeners and handymen.
Because couples live and work together as a team, they are more likely to make the commitment to a permanent long term vacancy, especially when they are provided with self contained accommodation. As this is usually on site, they are often very flexible and amenable to working unsociable hours if required.
