Home care & companionship for the elderly
We are passionate about giving the elderly and vulnerable the highest quality of later life possible by providing care and companionship in the familiar surroundings of their own home.
Being able to remain living in your own home, surrounded by your memories, sleeping in your own bed, enjoying your garden, receiving guests and choosing your own menu is the best scenario for most. More importantly, the quality of care must be of the highest standard whilst maintaining the privacy, dignity and respect of the client.
Our role is to provide you with a uniquely tailored home care service that allows you to make your own choices and maintain your desired lifestyle.
It is our duty to look after our elderly generation, and our business thrives on the fact that our carers and companions are making a huge difference to someone’s life, every day.
How we help
The demographics are changing as more people are living longer. There are now more people over the age of 65 than there are under 16. It is not surprising then, with the busy lives we all lead, that many families struggle to provide the care their elderly relatives need. This is where Bunbury Care Agency can help.
We naturally slow down as we get older and it’s normal to need some extra help to get by. Many of the elderly need an experienced carer to help them overcome challenges brought by conditions, illness, a fall or just simply the effects of old age. Others benefit hugely from regular visits from a companion housekeeper – someone who can provide company and friendship while helping keeping the house in order or cooking a nice meal.
What we do
We understand that making decisions regarding elderly care is very difficult and stressful. We will give you all the advice and support to enable the older members of your family to continue living at home, safe and looked after, whilst maintaining their lifestyle and independence.
With our wealth of experience we provide a varied choice of care services for the elderly; from companion housekeepers to more specialist care such as Alzheimer’s and other dementia’s, Parkinson’s, MS, strokes and cancer as well as palliative care.
After 47 years of caring, we know that most people can remain living in their own homes with the right care and support combined with that essential understanding and companionship.
Our convenient and flexible system of continuing care has helped many to stay in their own homes, much longer than expected, and at a reasonable cost. It’s a myth that home care is more expensive than a care home, and there are financial options available which we can advise you on.
We like to get to know you and your family, and listen to your problems, to ensure that we provide you with the most suitable elderly carers. We will carefully select your Bunbury Carers with the right qualities and experience for your needs; and also ensure a good personality match. Whether you need daily care support, respite care to provide a loved one a much needed rest, or continuous live-in home care, we can help.
With more than 47 years’ experience as elderly care providers, we offer a very personal and bespoke service supplying carefully selected carers and companions throughout the Northwest.

What our clients say
“Thank you is never enough in these circumstances. We have come to know many of the girls who were so kind and generous with their time and care, without whom Jill would have had to be admitted to a hospital or home.”
Our carers and companions

We have successfully cared for many individuals at home with various conditions such as Alzheimer’s and Vascular Dementia, Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer and other serious illnesses.
