At
the Bunbury Agency, we pride ourselves on the very
personal service we offer our Employers. One of
her very experienced personnel undertakes the responsibility
of finding the most suitable Staff for Employers.
Full
details are taken (preferably by telephone) of:

occupation, hobbies and interests |
This
enables us to create an accurate profile of your
domestic situation so we can do our utmost to find
you the suitable staff.
Staff
must provide us with:

Full
details of their work experience or CV
|
| • |
Copies
of any relevant qualifications
|
| • |
At
least two written references from recent employers |
| • |
Two
forms of identification |
If
you require Childcare or Caring for the Elderly
we also obtain an Enhanced Disclosure Certificate
on the Staff (Police check) from the Criminal Records
Bureau.
Staff
information is meticulously checked and all references
cleared over the telephone.
This
allows us to ask further questions, which are appropriate
to your vacancy and gain a more in-depth knowledge
of the candidate.
Your
details are always kept confidential. We do not
give out any names, addresses or telephone numbers
to any Staff.
Once
references are cleared:

Staff
are introduced to you, so that you can then
arrange an interview

Staff
are given your name, general location and
a description of your vacancy. They will NOT
be given your full address or telephone number
but they are told to expect a call from you

We
advise a two week trial period to ensure that
staff are satisfactory to you and that staff
are happy to accept your vacancy |
Please
note that the Agency always advises a Net salary
to Employers. If you will be paying your staff more
than £100 net per week please see our guidance
notes on Tax
and National Insurance.
Please
note we can only introduce Staff once you are fully
registered.
