Our Nanny and Mother’s Help Service

Finding the right type of childcare at the right price is a huge problem for so many families these days. Many parents are going back to work when their children are quite young and therefore it is so important to know that you can entrust the care of your ‘precious little people’ to an experienced and reliable person.
As a nationwide childcare agency, we can provide you with properly recruited and vetted Nannies and Mother’s Helps on a residential or daily, full time or part time, permanent or temporary basis.
Nannies
- A Nanny must have specific qualifications in childcare such as an NNEB, CACHE or GNVQ.
- Many will have other qualifications as well as considerable experience.
- A Nanny’s main responsibility is to look after the children in every aspect, from organising their leisure time to preparing meals and looking after their clothes.
- A Nanny is often required to have sole charge if parents are at work.
- A full time Nanny will work a 5 day week, between 40 – 50 hours.
- Nannies should not be expected to work longer than 10 hours per day.
Mother’s Helps
- A Mother’s Help does not necessarily have specific childcare qualifications but may have considerable experience in looking after children.
- They usually work alongside the Mother’s help caring for the children as well as assisting with general household duties.
- A Mother’s Help is not always qualified to have sole charge of a child.
- A full time Mother’s Help should not be expected to work more than 45 hours per week.
